This page explains how to have your Yoga With Pavan account, and everything stored
against it, deleted. It applies to the
com.revanthdev.yogawithpavan Android app.
How to request deletion
Email bhumanagapavan@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Yoga With Pavan account".
Send it from the email address the account is registered to, so we can confirm the request is yours. You do not need to give a reason.
We confirm by email once the account has been deleted, and we action requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
Everything held against your account on our server, permanently:
- Your name, email address and password.
- Your enrollments, lesson progress and program completion.
- Your certificates and their certificate numbers.
- Your wellness profile — age, height, weight, experience, goals and practice preferences.
- Your water intake history and daily target.
- Your chosen daily routine, its completions and your streak.
- Any messages you sent us through the app's Contact form.
What is not affected
- Health Connect data. The app never stores or transmits your steps or activity, so there is nothing of it for us to delete. Yoga sessions the app wrote into Health Connect stay in Health Connect, and you can remove them there.
- Certificates you downloaded. PDFs saved to your device's Downloads folder belong to you and stay there. Delete them yourself if you want them gone.
- Anonymous crash and analytics data. Crash reports and usage analytics collected through Google Firebase are not linked to your account and cannot be traced back to you, so they cannot be selectively deleted. They are retained by Google under Firebase's own retention policy.
Removing the app's data from your device
You can do this yourself, at any time, without contacting us:
- Open the app and go to Profile → Sign out. This erases every cached copy of your account's data from the device.
- For everything else, go to Android Settings → Apps → Yoga With Pavan → Storage and tap Clear storage, or simply uninstall the app.
Clearing local storage does not delete your account on our server. To delete the account itself, use the email request above.
